In some cases, we can not exchange the sold out product. These conditions are given below: When the product will not be compatible with the customer’s website, server or environment. The customer has modified the source code of the original product. The product has not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and intended purposes. Bought but changed and don’t want to use it anymore. The conditions of no exchange products are not applicable for our Basic, Professional and Lifetime membership packages.
You must create a support ticket for exchanging the products. The processing time will be at least 2-5 working days. You can exchange the product with the same price product.
